Liberata Mulamula, a Tanzanian diplomat and politician, has served as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation with East Africa, Ambassador to the United Nations in New York, Canada and the United States of America, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation with East Africa, and the first Executive Secretary of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR) to oversee peace, stability and development in 11 countries of the Great Lakes Region in Africa.
She was a founding member of the Global Action Against Mass Atrocity Crimes - GAAMAC
