Theologian and professor of Islamic studies, he holds the position of expert at the Council for Fiqh (Islamic law) of the Organization for the Islamic Conference of Jeddah (OCI). He collaborates for cultural and scientific activities with the University of al-Azhar in Egypt. He is the author of several works in Arabic on Islamic law and thought.
