Rabbi Naftali Haleva works as a member of the spiritual council of the Turkish Rabbinate, as a religious studies teacher in the Ulus Jewish schools, as rabbi of the Ortakoy synagogue and as a Talmud educator.

He has done research on Torah, Talmud and Jewish theology.
