Franciscan of the Third Order Regular, theologian, deals with ethics, bioethics and ethics of technology.

He teaches at the Pontifical Gregorian University, the Theological Institute of Assisi and the Pontifical Leonian College of Anagni.

He is a member of the Pontifical Academy for Life with a special mandate to study the world of artificial intelligences and technologies based on shared registers and blockchain. He collaborates on these same issues with the Italian government.
