Mr. Blendi Klosi was born in Tirana on 17.01.1971.

Mr. Klosi graduated in Electronic Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Tirana, where he was later hired as a lecturer. During the years 1994-1996, Mr. Klosi held the office of Head of Department at the Centre of Studies on Electronic Projects.

In 1996, he served at the Council of Ministers initially at the DAP, and then as assistant to the Prime Minister. The political activity of Mr. Klosi has been rich with significant commitments such as Deputy Minister of Local Government, Chairman of the Committee on Electoral Reform, Minister of State from 2002 to 2004, and Minister of Youth, Culture and Sports in 2004-2005.

In addition, Mr. Klosi has been a member of the Socialist Party since 2005 and holds the position of Organizing Secretary of this party.

Mr. Blendi Klosi was engaged for a long time as a Deputy Member, representative of the Parliamentary Group of the Social Party in 4 legislature. He currently represents the District of Durres in the Parliament, and is a member of the Parliamentary Committee for Legal Issues, Public Administration and Human Rights.
