Sarabi Zohra

Zohra Sarabi was born in 2004 in Kabul. She graduated from high school in Afghanistan. In 2021, when the Taliban entered the capital, she had to leave her city and family and flee.

She arrived in Italy in 2022 with the Humanitarian Corridors of the Community of Sant'Egidio. Now she lives in Rome and she studies at the LUMSA university.

After learning Italian language, she decided to help in welcoming other Afghan refugees and distributing food to the poorest in the city.
