An Iranian-born Kuwaiti, he is Secretary General of the World Organisation Pan-Islamic Jurisprudence. He studied in the important Shia religious seminaries of Qom and Najaf. For 30 years, he has represented Najaf's highest Shia religious authority to the Shia faithful in Kuwait.
